Possible problems:

1. Loose plug and the power is disconnected; Turn off the power switch.

Solution:
1. Check whether the socket is plugged in.

2. Keep the power switch on, keep heating.

3. After normal power and then turn on the power switch, the indicator light will turn green,

the switch light will turn red, next the steam will spurt out.

A: There is only one ON/OFF power switch that is on the side of cleaning machine.
